Rogier has been a Dutch tax professional since 1994. Over the years, he has worked in various leading roles on a large variety of corporate engagements and he has gained substantial qualified experience in all areas of the international and corporate tax arena. Rogier’s expertise is not limited to any specific business line and covers all international tax issues and tax planning. Rogier specialises in M&A transactions and corporate restructuring.
